Refund Policy

• Payments are charged upon making a request to post a (requisition) on the platform. 

• You may choose to purchase a single requisition or a package.  Invoice will be sent accordingly. 

• All purchases are considered final once an invoice is paid. 

• Pricing and payment structure will be communicated prior to purchase. 

• All purchases made on HirePlace are non-refundable. 

• Once a position has been purchased and/or posted, no refunds, credits, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances. 

• This includes, but is not limited to: 

• Change of hiring plans 

• Role closure by the employer 

• Delays in hiring decisions 

• Dissatisfaction with candidate flow or outcomes 

Your purchased requisition will remain open until it is filled.  Given that the Job Description, including location & title remain the same, it may be used at a later date. 

• Each purchased requisition remains open indefinitely until the role is successfully filled. 

• There are no expiration dates on purchased positions. 

• HirePlace does not guarantee the time required to fill a position. 

To ensure platform integrity and fairness: 

• Once a requisition is posted ‘Primary fields’ cannot be edited: 

• The role title cannot be edited 

• The job location cannot be edited 

• Any required changes to these fields may require the creation of a new requisition, subject to new purchase terms. 

HirePlace provides a platform to facilitate hiring processes. 

• We do not guarantee successful hiring outcomes 

• We do not guarantee candidate availability or suitability 

• Payments are for access to the platform and its services, not for guaranteed results 

No exceptions to this Refund Policy will be made unless required by applicable law. 

• Users agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks 

• In the event of a dispute, HirePlace reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts 

• HirePlace may provide evidence of service usage and policy acceptance in response to disputes 

HirePlace reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. 

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
