Candidate Guarantee: If a candidate leaves the role within a defined period (typically 90 days), HirePlace will provide a replacement at no additional recruitment fee.

For Hiring Managers

We combine technology-enabled sourcing with expert human evaluation to rapidly identify and present qualified candidates, significantly reducing time-to-hire.

HirePlace supports a wide range of positions including, but not limited to, entry & mid-level professionals, senior leadership, technical roles, and specialized positions. We also manage bulk recruitment projects.

Yes. Our AI-assisted recruitment model allows us to source both local and international talent efficiently, including urgent or high-volume hires.

Initial Consultation: 1-2 business days after initial contact/sign up.

You will receive a call from one of our consultants to understand more about your requirements and assist you in posting a requisition.

Screening: Immediately once role is posted.

Our AI tools will match the role with potential top talent and provide them with the criteria questions and AI interview link.

Shortlisting: You will receive the interview video, ranking and assessments of all candidates who have taken the AI interview immediately once the interview is completed.

Typically the Hiring Manager is requested to view and make a decision on the candidates within 2 business days  of obtaining access to ensure a smooth  and quick process.

Interview Coordination– Within 1 business day of selecting the candidates you would like to proceed with, one of our consultants will begin coordinating the in person interview.

Actual interview dates are contingent upon Hiring Manager and Candidate availability.

Offer: Timeline depends on negotiations.

Note: Complex roles, bulk hiring, or senior leadership positions may require a slightly longer timeline.

Yes. Candidate data is treated with strict confidentiality and only shared with clients after obtaining consent.
