HirePlace is a technology platform that facilitates connections between job seekers and employers to assist in filling open roles.
- HirePlace is not an employer
- HirePlace does not guarantee job placement, candidate suitability, or hiring outcomes
- All decisions are made solely by users
- All activities requested outside job placement, to fill a role posted by a client, are governed by separate/external agreements.
3.1 General Obligations
Users agree to:

- Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
- Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws
- You agree to report any misuse, suspicious activity, or violations of these Terms to HirePlace promptly.
3.2 Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information:
You must act honestly and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times. You may not misrepresent your identity, submit information under a false name, or impersonate any person or entity.
You authorize HirePlace to verify any information you submit through lawful means, including personal or professional details.
- Misuse data obtained through the Platform
You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Website, except where such actions are expressly allowed by law.
- You agree not to violate or attempt to violate the security of the Website, including but not limited to:

(b) attempting to probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities or bypass security measures without proper authorization;
(c) interfering with service to any user, host, or network, including by introducing viruses, malware, or by overloading or disrupting the Website; or

Hiring Managers agree that:
- They are solely responsible for hiring decisions
- Job postings must be lawful and accurate
- They will not discriminate in violation of applicable laws
- They are responsible for verifying candidate information
Candidates agree that:
- All submitted information is accurate and up to date
- They are responsible for verifying job opportunities
- They assume all risks associated with job applications and employment decisions
HirePlace may provide AI-powered tools for screening, assessments, and insights.
- These tools are provided for informational purposes only
- Outputs may not be fully accurate or complete
- HirePlace does not guarantee results or outcomes
Users acknowledge that reliance on such tools is at their own risk.
Use of the Platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
By using the Platform, you consent to:
- Collection and processing of data
- Sharing of data with relevant parties for service delivery
- All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) and may change without notice.
- Payment in full must be received prior to posting a role.
- We may use third-party payment processors. By purchasing, you agree to their terms and policies.
All Platform content, technology, and materials are owned by HirePlace or its licensors.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions of Use, and any matters arising from your use of the Website, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict of law principles.
ACCESS FROM OTHER JURISDICTIONS
HirePlace makes no representation that the Website or its content is appropriate or lawful for use outside Lebanon. Accessing the Website from jurisdictions where its content is restricted or prohibited is at your own risk, and you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
Any disputes arising from use of the Platform shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation first
- If unresolved, disputes arising out of or relating to the Website or its services shall be resolved through confidential arbitration before a single arbitrator in Lebanon, unless otherwise required by law. Notwithstanding theforegoing, HirePlace reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in Lebanon for violations of its intellectual property rights, and you consent to such jurisdiction and venue.
HirePlace shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
